This project aimed to help Restore the Balance (RTB), a nonpartisan organization, gain deeper insights into their users, evaluate their website performance, and enhance awareness around the dangers of political extremism. Through user research and testing, our team identified actionable recommendations to improve digital engagement and accessibility.
